The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The host's personal belongings are in the house, please do not rearrange these items.

On the outskirts, 9 km from the centre of Karpacza, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, along the wooded area, 8.6 km from the skiing area, directly by the river, in the countryside. Private: property 956 m2 (fenced), garden 750 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 700 m, bus stop 400 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cable car 10 km, ski lift 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Karpacz 9 km, Mala Upa 8,3 km, Pec pod Śnieżką 25 km. Object suitable for 8 adults + 2 children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Departures on Sunday are possible.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
