The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna, a garden (fenced), a jacuzzi, a balcony, a terrace, a patio and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open dining room. 1 room with 1 double bed, bath/WC and with corner bath. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, X ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 children's room with sloping ceilings with 1 pull-out bed. Exit to the balcony. Bath/WC, bidet. Gas heating, wood heating. 3 balconies 5 m2, terrace 28 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the lake, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, sauna, logs (free). Reserved parking at the house.

Droginia 6 km from Myślenice: Modern, beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Droginia", built in 2008, surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 1 km from the lake, 5 km from the skiing area, located by a road, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: park. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), large, beautiful garden (fenced) lawn and wildlife garden, lawn for sunbathing, biotope. Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: internet access, sauna, hydro massage bath (all included), burglar alarm system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 500 m, railway station 5 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Slopes 5 km, ski school 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Jezioro Dobrzyckie 1 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. On request: transfer from Krakow Balice Airport (at extra cost of 250 PLN) or from Katowice Pyrzowice Airport (at extra cost of 500 PLN). IMPORTANT: Deposit 1000 PLN.

There is a lake/open water less than 1 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Droginia in Gmina Myślenice you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
