Top floor: entrance hall 18 m2 with 1 double sofabed (135 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 26 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 210 cm), 1 folding bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 18 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Wood heating, solar energy heating. Terrace 10 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking at the house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Farmhouse "Zachełmna", built in 1950, renovated in 2009. In a hamlet, on a slope, located by a road, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'400 m2 (fenced), garden 2'000 m2. Barbecue, fireplace (swing, sandbox). Motor access to the house, except in winter 50 m. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 100 m, bus stop 50 m. Walking paths from the house 500 m, ski lift 7 km. Nearby attractions: Sucha Beskidzka 15 km, Wadowice 25 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Lanckorona 10 km, Spytkowice 40 km, Zawoja 36 km, Białka 25 km. Heating paid on spot (60 PLN / day).

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
