Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking at the house. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beautiful single-family house "Niebieski", built in 2006, surrounded by trees and meadows. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 8 km from the skiing area, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (4 m diameter, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Aug.). Pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. Heating to be paid on the spot. Motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Riding stable 10 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, mountain railway 8 km, ski lift 8 km, slopes 8 km, ski school 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. In the surroundings, you can pick mushrooms and wild berries.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
