The holiday home for 8 persons has a bathroom and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a sauna, a garden (fenced), a barbecue, a balcony, a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a tennis court and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL).

Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. On the lower ground floor: sep. WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 191 cm). Open interconnecting room 10 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 double sofabed. 1 room 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. Small balcony, terrace. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Internet (DSL/LAN, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
