The holiday home for 14 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders), a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a sauna, a billiard, a swimming pool (heated, private, indoor), a garden (fenced), a barbecue, a terrace and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Single-family house "Wielkie Leźno", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. Outside the resort, in a quiet, elevated position, 50 m from the lake, 400 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: basketball, volleyball, badminton. Private: property 40 ha, garden 5'000 m2 (fenced), orchard, indoor pool heated (8 x 4 m, depth 135 cm). Terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: lounge, sauna, steam room, table tennis, billiard table, table football. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 13 km, bus stop 1 km, grass beach, swimming bay 400 m. Riding stable 4 km. Please note: car recommended. Located in the Brodnica Lake District , Private lake on the property (1 pier) with the possibility of fishing with your own equipment. The area is rich in wild animals. At guests' disposal (free of charge): darts, chess. On the property, by the lake, there is a wigwam with a smokehouse. NOTE: PLN 1000 deposit. On request: heating the water in the pool from 28 degrees C to 30 degrees C, extra paid on the spot - the service should be ordered when making the reservation. Price list for pool heating: 27/11/2021-29/04/2022 - 1500 PLN / week, 30/04/2022-03/06/2022 - 1250 PLN / week, 04/06/2022-30/06/2022 - 1000 PLN / week, 01/10/2022-25/11/2022 - PLN 1250 / week.

There is a lake/open water less than 50 meter. You can also relax, because near Wielkie Leźno in Gmina Brzozie you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
