The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV, a radio and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, two showers and a sit bath.

The holiday home has a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a freezer.

Lovely, detached holiday home on Tjøme with short forest paths to several beaches. The house has a large terrace with furniture and a barbecue. Garden with sunbathing areas where you can enjoy yourselves on lazy summer days. The holiday home is over 3 floors. There is an apartment in the basement with separate entrance, as well as an internal entrance. The house is suitable for large families or two families. There is an open living room and kitchen in the apartment, a bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds. The first floor consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and wc. The second floor consists of three bedrooms with double beds (one has a cot), a bathroom and an attic living room. There is TV on all floors with cable and streaming options. The owner has a boat berth you may use should you bring your own boat. The house is located by Rød golf course, so golf during the holidays is within reach! Walking distance to tennis/football courts. The coastal path runs directly below the house and offers great hiking terrain. Tjøme is a fantastic summer Eldorado and with only a short drive to Tønsberg with all its attractions. The house is not let to youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
