Another stove is located upstairs in the living room, where you also find a double sofa bed in addition to an extra single bed. There are 2 bedrooms on each floor. One double bed is a 120 cm wide lower part of a bunk bed. There is a lawn just outside the house and there are terraces on two sides. Outside the kitchen and living room there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy a nice meal. The farm buildings are in a secluded location. Information for both units 67700 and 67702. On the 70 000 m² large farm, there is a main house and 2 former farm buildings. In the farmyard there is a storage house and barbecue hut (smoking allowed), shared between the two units. There is a swing set and sand box in addition to benches. There is information about what to do in the area. There are many hiking trails with picnic areas. The beach is 1 km away and a lake where you can go swimming is 2 km away. In the farmyard there is a covered fish cleaning table with running water and lighting. The boats are located in a harbour 1 km away. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
