In summer, the midnight sun can be experienced from the house. During winter, you might see the northern lights extra strong due to little light pollution in the area. In winter, there are a number of snowmobile trails in the area, ski trails can be found at the camping about 1 km from the house. On request, the landlord offers guided tours in summer and winter. Possibility to rent a river boat with or without a driver in the summer, or a scooter in the winter.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
