On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with wc and shower. On the first floor, there is an open kitchen and living room with a fantastic panoramic view of the sea. Washing machine and dishwasher. Several terraces around the cottage where you can enjoy lovely days outdoors barbecue. A perfect cabin for a family holiday! 5 km from the cabin, it is possible to rent a boat for exciting boat and fishing trips. If you don't want to drive a boat yourself, you can use the taxi boats that take you to the district's most exciting places. A trip with the Øysang ferry is also recommended; Norway's oldest wooden boat ferry that runs between Øysang and Risør. For excursions, we recommend a trip to the charming town of Risør. Walk in the cozy streets with the characteristic white wooden houses, visit the saltwater aquarium and enjoy a good dinner in the harbor area. In Portør (10 km), various outdoor concerts are organized in the summer. At Stabbestad, 15 km away, there is a golf course, mini golf facility, spa hotel, beach club and sea bath as well as a ferry to beautiful Kragerø, a gem among the coastal towns with bars and restaurants in the streets and harbor area. Only half an hour's drive to "The Little Zoo " at Brokeland Heia with rainforest and great experiences for the little ones.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
