The holiday home for 10 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, two double beds, two bunk beds and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue and a set of garden furniture and there are two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a stovetop and a coffee maker.

Extra freezer in the shed. This is the place to enjoy life; relax, swim, and watch the children play. Enjoy breakfast with honey from a neighborhood farm shop and end the day with a barbecue on the terrace in the evening sun- The Øysang ferry is approx. 3 km away and takes you to the village of Risør with several festivals and events. In the summer, there are concerts on Stangholmen, a small island in front of the town. At Øysang, you can rent a boat to explore the fjord on your own or go on exciting fishing trips on the lake. At Jegertunet holiday center, 5 km away, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool (for a fee), restaurant, kiosk, and interior design shop as well as tennis courts and a playground. At Stabbestad, 24 km away, there is a spa hotel and golf course as well as a mini-golf facility, a beach club, harbor pool and kayak rental on the fjord. We recommend a visit to Kragerø, towns and Tvedestrand. “The Little Zoo on Brokeland Heia with Norway's largest rainforest is not far away (24 km). Great cabin for holidays also in winter with the possibility of ice fishing on the lake or the fjord, and cross-country skiing on the illuminated track at Søndeled. Visit Vegårshei Ski and Activity Center (33 km) with ski lift and toboggan run, or just enjoy the lovely winter landscape.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
