The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue and a set of garden furniture and there are two terraces. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bath or shower and a shower.

The bedroom upstairs (forst floor) has sloping walls and a maximum ceiling height of 195cm. There is an open kitchen/living room with a cooking island and a fantastic panoramic view of the lake. The comfortable cabin is quietly located in the Norwegian countryside at the top of a cabin field, not far from the sea. On the large terrace you can enjoy the sun all day. The cabin is perfect for extended family or friends. There is a beach at Skarvannet not far from the cabin where you can relax, swim, and watch the children play. The Øysang ferry, 3 km away, takes you safely to Risør, the white town by the Skagerak with many festivals and events. In the summer, there are concerts on Stangholmen, a small island in front of the town. Try a boat taxi to get there! At Øysang, you can also hire a boat to explore the fjord and for exciting fishing trips. In winter, there are great opportunities for ice skating and ice fishing both on Skarvannet and the fjord, and cross-country skiing on the illuminated track at Søndeled. Feel free to visit Vegårshei Ski and Activity Center (33 km) with ski lift and toboggan run, or just enjoy the lovely winter landscape. At Jegertunet holiday center (5 km) there is a restaurant, kiosk, and an interior shop as well as tennis courts and a large playground. At Stabbestad (24 km) there is a spa hotel and golf course as well as mini golf facilities, and also a beach club, harbor pool, and kayak hire on the fjord. “The Little Zoo” on Brokeland Heia with Norway's largest rainforest is not far away (24 km). A visit to the pleasant towns of Kragerø in the north and Tvedestrand in the south is also recommended.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
