The holiday apartment is approx. 100 m2, has 2 bedrooms and room for a total of 7 people. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Free wireless internet and TV. Bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating. Washer and dryer in the apartment. Parking for one car. There are many beautiful hiking areas nearby and swimming opportunities both directly below the apartment and out in the skerries. Mandal is located 26 km west of Søgne and has pleasant shopping streets, great opportunities for cycling along the Mandal River and the beautiful hiking area Furulunden. The holiday apartment is only 18 km from Kristiansand with the zoo and water park, and many other sights such as Christiansholm Fortress, Oddenes Church, Møvig Fort, the cathedral and theater and concert hall. Boat rental: 1 x 12 feet with 25 HP outboard motor. In the apartment you will find guidelines for the use of boats with equipment. 4 life jackets.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
