Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. 3 bedrooms; 1 with double bed and 2 with bunk beds with a pull-out for extra sleeping space. The holiday house sleeps 6 in total. Free wireless network (fast) and Apple TV. Bathroom with underfloor heating. Borhaug/Listalandet has a variety of opportunities/excursions, e.g. Lista Lighthouse 3 km away. You can take part in sea fishing with organized trips from Borhaug quay, or go for walks along the beautiful, 40 km. long coastal hiking path. Lista Adrenaline Park 4.5 km from the house offers go-karting, Flipside (Norway's largest skatepark), trampoline park, paintball, and restaurant. Other great activities for the whole family are Sørlandsbadet in Lyngdal, Varnes lighthouse and fort, or Farsund bathhouse and sauna. Grocery store within walking distance of the house and fish outlet in Borhaug every Friday.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
