The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed, three double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a DVD player, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, two showers and a bath.

This 4-bedroom farmhouse rests in Zuidzande, surrounded by greenery, peace and freshness. There is a private furnished terrace to enjoy barbecuing over charcoal in the evenings. The farmhouse makes a great stay for a large family of 10 persons.

You can head to the lively town centre at 5 km in the evenings and enjoy wandering like a local. If you fancy a day by the sea waters, you can drive 5 km and make it come true.

The double storeyed farmhouse has central heating for comfort during winter. There is a lovely furnished garden to relax with a cool refreshing drink or lie down reading a book. You have an outdoor kitchen to enjoy long dinners under the star kit sky. Children have ample space to play outdoors, a high chair and a special children's bedroom.

Note: The guests coming after 18:00 hours will not be accommodated that night, and they will have to find a place somewhere else because the house owner does not stay at the accommodation. Hence, it is difficult for them to offer stay at that particular time.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
