The studio is equipped with a full kitchen and the sleeping area can be closed off with curtains.

In addition, the sleeping area with a double bed is equipped with single mattresses (90 x 200 cm). There is a flat screen television, chest of drawers and wardrobe with hanging and shelving area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee maker. The bathroom has a toilet, sink with mirror and shower.

The living area can be separated from the sleeping area by curtains. The front of the studio has large windows and the kitchen has a skylight, which allows sufficient daylight to enter. All windows are fitted with curtains.

In front of the studio is an open terrace with a wooden bench, a table and two chairs with cushions. A ring is attached to the fence, to which you can attach bicycles with a lock. Pets are allowed; a maximum of two animals are allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
