The room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe with both hanging and shelving space. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, including a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, and a filter coffee maker. The bathroom offers a toilet, a sink with a mirror, and a shower.

The living and sleeping areas can be separated by curtains for added privacy. The front of the studio boasts large windows, while a skylight near the kitchen allows natural light to flood the space. All windows are fitted with curtains for comfort and privacy.

Outside, there is an open terrace with a wooden bench, a table, and two chairs with cushions, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. A ring is attached to the fence for securely locking up bicycles. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two animals allowed.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
