Through the private entrance at the front you step directly into the cozy living room with sofa, television and a dining table with space for 4 people. The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is equipped with a hob (induction), fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and other kitchen inventory. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in (rain) shower, toilet and vanity unit with storage space. Next to the bathroom is the bedroom with an electrically adjustable double bed (180x200cm), on request it is possible to use this bed as two separate beds. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
