This 55m2 apartment is located on the second floor, in the village center of Westkapelle. From the living room you overlook the street and the stairs to the beach. So the beach is that close: within a minute's walk you are already with your feet in the sand.

You enter the spacious hall of the house. Here are the doors to the bathroom and bedroom and a staircase of three steps to the living room with open kitchen. The living room feels bright and spacious. There is a sitting area with sofa, two chairs and flat-screen TV. There is also a sleeping area here with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) put together as a double bed. The country kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machine. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin with base cabinet, mirror and shower. There is a separate bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm). You can choose to wake up to the first rays of the sun, but you don't have to, as there are blackout curtains.
In the hall there is a wardrobe and in the living room a large wardrobe with hanging and laying area. A high chair and foldable baby cot are available in the apartment.

Parking is available on the street in front of the flat. Parking is free throughout the village.

Within 20 minutes you can reach historic Middelburg and maritime Vlissingen. Both cities have a wide range of restaurants, stores and attractions.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
