The living room is a comfortable and inviting space, with a TV to keep you entertained indoors. The home also provides a high chair, making it easy to accommodate young children. However, for reasons of tranquility, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters. Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted, and it is strictly forbidden to organize any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house. Groups of friends over 25 years old are required to pay a deposit of € 300 per person upon arrival. The house can also be combined with Lepelstraat 18B, creating a large holiday home for 15 people, perfect for larger groups or families.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
