A cozy 4-person apartment with a spacious seating area with doors to the large garden, dining area, and kitchen. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
