The inviting furnishings ensure a comfortable stay.The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, and all necessary kitchenware. There’s a bar-dining table with seating for four, a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa and two leather chairs, and a flat-screen TV above the dining table. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink, while a washing machine is conveniently located in the shed. Free WiFi is provided.Outside, the spacious terrace is ideal for relaxing or enjoying meals. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
