General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a garden (fenced) and a tennis court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, Low door height 170 cm ceiling height 185 cm with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings, Low door height 170 cm ceiling height 185 cm with 2 beds. Carpet. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking. Electric vehicle charging station. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. A deposit of 100 EUR per person can be charged on site.

House partly refurbished in 2023. Cosy, historical house "Helmrich". 5 km from the centre of Breskens, 500 m from the centre of Schoondijke, 35 km from the centre of Brügge, in the residential district, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach, 50 m from the stream. Private: property 180 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, café 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach "Nordsee" 5 km. Marina 5 km, sailing school 6 km, tennis 200 m, minigolf 3 km, fishing possibilities 6 km. Nearby attractions: Valkeniershof 5 km, diverse musea 5 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Groote gat 6 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Haus Helmrich (BRE250) in Schoondijke you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
