The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four washbasins, a toilet and four showers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a stovetop.

This holiday home is the perfect base for nature and water lovers. It is located 300 metres from De Oosterschelde national park where you can go for lovely walks and cycling tours. Enjoy the beach in summer, go diving or sailing in the area or take the ferry to Yerseke for fresh mussels and oysters.

On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a separate toilet, the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, you walk onto the covered terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue and which, thanks to the lounge set, is a pleasant place to hang out with family and friends. The first floor has four bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, a cot, a desk, spacious bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet. In front of the house there is private parking including charging facilities for an electric car.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
