Through the hall you enter the spacious living room, characterized by the special height, beautiful wooden beams and huge windows. The living room is spacious, but cozy and cozy due to the natural materials and warm decor. A cozy sitting area has been created near the television with a spacious corner sofa, separate armchair and practical coffee tables. Central to the living room is the staircase to the second floor between the living and dining area. The spacious dining table with seating for 6 people is equipped with comfortable chairs. From the entire living room you have a view of the spacious garden and the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment you need, such as a hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and kettle.

The third bedroom is on the ground floor. This bedroom contains two single beds (80x200cm) and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. The bedroom and bathroom, like the rest of the ground floor, have underfloor heating. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

From the living room you step onto the terrace (16m2) which is partially covered, the garden (300m2) is completely enclosed so that even very small children can play outside to their heart's content and there is a lovely garden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
