The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a bath, a toilet and a shower.

The large living room has a wonderful view of the garden and open kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner stove, refrigerator and freezer, oven, kettle and coffee machine. There is a separate TV room adjacent to the kitchen diner. A washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also a sauna where you can enjoy yourself after a day of vacation. A real wellness oasis! On the first floor are 3 bedrooms with 2x double bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. It is wonderful to relax in the garden. Children have plenty of space and there is a lovely terrace to enjoy in the sun; with a cup of coffee or a delicious dinner. Or in the comfortable sun loungers. Of course there is wifi. Nieuwvliet is one of the southernmost seaside resorts in the Netherlands, on the border with Belgium. The house is quietly located, directly near a bakery, bicycle rental, playground, restaurants and of course the beach! A visit to one of the historic cities of Bruges, Ghent or Knokke should definitely be on your agenda. But Cadzand itself also offers a lot of fun with many restaurants and terraces both in the village and on the beach. The beaches are one of the most beautiful beaches that the Netherlands has to offer. You can stroll or sunbathe or be active by taking a long walk on the beach or practicing water sports. In addition to the many walks, there are also many cycling routes that lead you along the coast, through the dune areas, over country roads to various characteristic villages. A visit to the Zwin is definitely worth it, it is a wadden region with a lot of flora and fauna, and therefore a true paradise for birds.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
