General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden, a terrace and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a washbasin, a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

This well-furnished summer bungalow is within walking distance of the Veerse Meer (beach) and marina. Kortgene has a cozy center with various terraces and restaurants. Goes, Middelburg and the historic town of Veere are 20 minutes away by car. The wide North Sea beach is less than a quarter of an hour away by car. A little further you will find the Oosterschelde dam with the island Neeltje Jans famous for the theme park Delta Neeltje Jans and its quiet beach, part of which is reserved for naturists.
The bungalow is wonderfully quietly situated in the holiday park "Deltona" with all amenities within easy reach. Including 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, conservatory, living room with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and hob and a garden around with various seating areas.

General: The house is suitable for max. 6 persons. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties is prohibited. This house is not rented to groups of young people under 23 years of age. Pets are allowed, max. 2 dogs. There are costs involved. Suitable for disabled people. A deposit is required. Please note: bed linen and towel packages are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee. This house can only be booked for tourist purposes.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
