Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Heating. Large terrace, garden, lawn. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. The E-charging station involves a 230V wall outlet. Bookings are allowed for holidays only. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
