There's also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted with a walk-in rainshower, on this floor. In the hall there is a separate toilet. On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms fitted with walk-in rainshowers. One of the bathrooms has a toilet.

All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. Outside, you will have at your disposal a garden with terrace, garden furniture and two sun loungers. For your convenience, there's a utility room with a washing machine and a dryer.

There is parking space for one car at the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
