The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a television. In addition there is garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot.

Holiday park Marina Beach is the ideal destination for a family holiday in Zeeland, the Netherlands. The park is located directly on the waters of "De Braakman". Come and enjoy the small beach/sun-batching meadow or cool down in the enclosed swimming area. There are plenty of water sports options available, such as surfing and sailing. Stroll through the nature area with Highland Cattle and the unique bird island. This simple yet charming accommodation covers around 30m² and is ideal for up to 4 people. The opening doors to the porch provide a true holiday atmosphere. Inside, there is a cozy living area with a sitting and dining space, complete with a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, 4-burner stove, microwave, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

There are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each bed includes one duvet and one pillow. The bathroom features a shower, basin, and toilet. High chairs, playpens, and baby baths are available for rent upon request.

Pets are allowed, with a maximum of two per unit. However, not all accommodations are suitable for pets, so be sure to register them when booking. The porch comes with a table and chairs for enjoying the outdoors.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
