General

The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with 12 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stair gate, a heather, a DVD player, eight televisions and a gas fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a sauna, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a trampoline, a barbecue, a garden and a roof terrace and there are two jacuzzis. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six toilets, seven showers and six washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a stove and a dishwasher.

In this luxury villa, for the whole family, no concessions have been made in terms of comfort. This villa is also ideal as a three-generation home for the whole family! The indoor swimming pool and private wellness complete your holiday in Zeeland and thanks to all the amenities, the villa is completely weather-independent. This holiday home is located just 100 m from the sea, on the edge of the Zeeland Colijnsplaat and the De Oosterschelde National Park. Take a day trip to the nearby towns of Zierikzee, Veere, Goes, Middelburg and Vlissingen. You can do your shopping 600 m away. There are many cycling and walking paths along the beach and it is an ideal place for swimming and sports. The villa is fully equipped and has a large communal kitchen. In addition, all six bedrooms (with beds made of course!) have their own HD TV, bathroom and toilet.

One of the houses (at villa 5) is equipped with a platform lift (80 x 85 cm, door width 70 cm) -Lift preferential surcharge: € 25.
All villas have a trampoline in the garden.

Green Egg (BBQ) costs € 19.50 including 3 kilos of coal or € 30.00 including 10 kilos of coal.
Cot is always excl. bed linen, guests must bring this themselves. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only.

The park is being built in phases. This may mean that work can take place at the park. Naturally, any inconvenience is kept to a minimum.

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 600 meter. You can also relax, because near Luxe Beveland met Zwembad in Colijnsplaat you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
