There is a choice of various types. There is a 5 person terraced apartment (BF-Y5DN). These are located in rows of three and is the middle unit. The three various units are accessible via a communal hall, but all have their own front doors. There is also a 6 person detached variant with a sauna (BF-BK2C). This villa has a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. There is also a charming 13-pers. villa (BF-MW6X). This consists of a total row of three, of which BF-Y5DN is a part. You then have a choice of three kitchens and three living room/diners. The ground floors of the units are connected by doors. Ideal for a group travelling together or for multiple families going on holiday together, all together, but with your own space. There is also a 6-pers. detached villa (BF-TFKG). This villa has a bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a shower on the ground floor, two separate toilets and an infra-red sauna.

All houses have a garden with terrace and garden furniture.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
