The fully and comfortably furnished villa has three floors. On the ground floor you will find a living room with TV and Playstation 4 and an open kitchen with a combination microwave and dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms, including one walk-through bedroom, which gives access to the special tower room with a single bed. There is also a second bathroom with shower and infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the landing, you have a second toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.

Through the patio doors doors you reach the garden by the water with a covered terrace with heater and garden furniture. There are also two sun loungers. At the water, you will find a private jetty with a rowing boat; fun for young and old! There is parking for two cars at the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
