The holiday home for 16 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and seven double beds or two single beds. This two-floor luxurious villa is fully and comfortably furnished. On the ground floor, you will find an open kitchen, including a dishwasher and combination microwave, and the living room with a TV with a streaming function. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find another five bedrooms (three rooms for two people and two rooms for three people). There are three bathrooms, one ensuite with a shower, one with a shower and a lovely infrared sauna and one with a bath. On the landing, you will find two separate toilets. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup.

Venture through the French doors to reach the garden with a covered terrace with garden furniture, a patio heater and two sun loungers. There's room to park four cars at the villa. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal in the storage room, where you can store your bicycles. The villa is child-friendly. There is a stair gate upstairs, a high chair, a bed and a bath, and a cart at the villa. A cot can be placed in two of the bedrooms.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
