Set on fully fenced grounds, the property features a charming garden house and a private jetty on the canal, complete with a gate for added security and convenience.
Upon entering the bungalow through the hall, you'll find a welcoming living room that seamlessly connects to a bright conservatory and a modern open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances including a granite worktop, induction hob, oven with integrated microwave, and dishwasher. The ground floor also includes a cozy bedroom for 2 and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The entire ground floor is elegantly tiled.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
