General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions and a heather. In addition there is a terrace and there are three balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

This luxurious 2 bedroom 120 m2 apartment is part of the Nautical Center Scheveningen located at the second inner harbor of Europe's largest and fashionable bathing resort of Scheveningen, only 15 minutes away from the vibrant city center of The Hague with impressive hotspots like Madurodam and the Louwman Car Museum. Apartment no. 36 has a nice balcony on the sea side offering a stunning view on the North Sea and the brand new venue of the Dutch Olympic Sailing Association. It includes a secured private parking from where you can take an elevator to the apartment entrance. The apartment itself has been beautifully designed and furnished to the highest standard. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
