The holiday home for 16 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and six double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless), two gas fireplaces and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, five showers, four washbasins and a bath.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine, two fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, an oven and a dishwasher.

This villa has a sleek appearance and offers a variety of options. It is an ideal place to return from the hectic and daily grind. The villa has a phenomenal view over extensive nature.
The luxurious 16-person wellness holiday villa with its own entrance gate to the driveway for five cars is only 1000 meters from the beach, surrounded by a garden with XXXL jacuzzi on no less than 1 hectare of garden with authentic schurvelingen and various terraces. The villa exudes pure luxury but with the atmosphere of a family home. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets.

Outside you will find a spacious lounge set and a dining table with 16 chairs. The XXL spa (swimming spa) can be rented additionally at an additional cost. The swim spa is 6 meters long and has the functionalities of a jacuzzi. At the spa you will find an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before use. The children can have fun outside all day by swimming, playing football or discovering nature in the garden. The pool house is equipped with rest areas, a shower and a sauna.

When you enter the house through the hall you will find a Green egg BBQ and in the cupboard the cushion for the lounge set and washing machine and dryer. The living room has an XXL sofa and flat screen TV with Netflix, so you can watch movies and series of your choice with your own account. There is 1 gigabyte of down and upload speed and there are Sonos boxes and WiFi amplifiers everywhere in the house. Of course, this house also includes a second living room with a gas fireplace where you can sit.

Enjoy the spacious house with a lovely bright living room with 2 gas fireplaces and a long dining table with 16 comfortable chairs. The cooking island and the open kitchen are more than fully equipped, including a large induction hob, oven, 2 large refrigerators and a dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine for a delicious cup of coffee. Cooking in this kitchen is a pleasure for the cooking enthusiasts among us.

From the hallway on the ground floor you also have access to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet. Upstairs double room with toilet and shower.
In the basement there are 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, the games room can also be found here, with pool table and flat screen TV.

Our holiday home can only be rented for tourist purposes and/or recreational use. Groups of young people are not allowed. House rules apply.
The house is located between other holiday homes, so the following rules are intended to guarantee everyone's holiday pleasure:
no use of the swimming pool after 10 p.m. (open from Easter to the autumn holidays)
no music allowed outside and after 22.00 no noise nuisance for the neighbors and surrounding houses

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
