The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless), a heather, a TV and a gas fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a urinal, three showers and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a convection microwave, a stove, a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

This amazing villa is located in Ouddorp, near Zeeland and offers accommodation for up to 10 people. It is surrounded by beautiful nature where you can relax with family and friends.
The holiday home is an authentic farmhouse that has been converted into a real family home. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Outside you will find a spacious lounge set and a dining table with 10 chairs. The XXL spa (swimming spa) can be rented additionally at an additional cost. The swim spa is 6 meters long and has the functionalities of a jacuzzi. At the spa you will find an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before use.

The children can have fun outside all day by swimming, playing football or discovering nature in the garden.
The pool house is equipped with rest areas, a shower and a sauna.

The luxurious 10-person wellness holiday villa with its own entrance gate to the driveway for five cars is only 1000 meters from the beach, surrounded by a garden with XXXL jacuzzi on no less than 1 hectare of garden with authentic schurvelingen and various terraces. When you enter the house through the hall you will see a Green egg BBQ and in the cupboard the cushions for the lounge set and washing machine and dryer.

The living room has an XXL sofa and flat screen TV with Netflix, so you can watch movies and series of your choice with your own account. There is 1 gigabyte of down and upload speed and there are Sonos boxes and WiFi amplifiers everywhere in the house. Of course, this house also includes a second living room with a gas fireplace where you can sit.
Enjoy the spacious house with a cozy living room with fireplace and a dining table with 10 comfortable chairs.

The cooking island and the open kitchen are more than fully equipped, including a large induction hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine for a delicious cup of coffee.

Our holiday home can only be rented for tourist purposes and/or recreational use. Groups of young people are not allowed. House rules apply. The house is located between other holiday homes, so the following rules are intended to guarantee everyone's holiday pleasure:
-after 22.00 no more use of the jacuzzi.
-no music allowed outside and after 22.00 no noise nuisance for the neighbors and surrounding houses.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
