General

This holiday home for 5 persons has two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television. In addition there is garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a fridge, a Internet connection and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop (gas), a coffee maker, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Linen

In the holiday home you will find bed linnen (compulsory rental), bathroom textiles (for rent) and kitchen textiles (for rent).

Lunteren, in the Gelderland, is the geographical center of the Netherlands. Surrounded by woods, moors and sand drifts, Lunteren is an ideal destination for lovers of tranquility, space and nature. Discover the authenticity of the Veluwe, with its small farms, mills and nature, on foot or by bike.

Your holiday begins as you ascend the long driveway to the property surrounded by trees. Tranquility and a beautiful wooded area are major features of the estate. You will be impressed by this park and its stunning natural beauty.
The estate has a variety of facilities including a heated outdoor pool, tennis court and playground.

There are a number of 4-person detached chalets available. These consist of a living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All chalets are situated around a beautiful landscaped garden and have a parking space. The design and layout of the chalets may vary.

In winter the restaurant is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Children's activity programme in the May and summer holidays available.

This scenic area has all the ingredients to make sure you fully relax. It is characterized by a variety of natural landscapes, from forests to meadows and waters to peatlands. You can also go on scenic walks or cycling trips in the vicinity. For more information about the various walking and/or cycling routes and bicycle rental, please contact the reception at the park. The striking cities of Rotterdam and Gouda are also just a short distance from the park (15-20 minutes by car). Ideal if you want to spend a day shopping, sightseeing or visit the famous Gouda cheese market. You can also visit various monumental windmills and farms in the nearby villages of Ouderkerk aan den IJssel and Capelle aan den IJssel. In addition, the park is perfectly located for a visit to one of the many museums, zoos, amusement parks or indoor and outdoor playgrounds in the area is rich. In collaboration with Ticketsplus, the park offers the best days out in the area. For many great days out, you can buy tickets at the reception desk at the park.

On several meters of Module 5 persons you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 100 meter. You can shop in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel on 2,5 kilometer from your holiday home. There is also a mall nearby, in 2,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming, shopping, going out, play minigolf and your holiday home's surroundings features golfing. You can also relax, because near Module 5 persons in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel you can go to the city, the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
