General

The holiday home for 10 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds or two single beds and two single beds. There is a separate toilet in the hall. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor; one double bedroom and two 3-person bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms, one of which with a shower and bathtub and one with a shower and a traditional sauna. Here you can really relax. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup.

Outside, you have a garden with a terrace and garden furniture, including two sun loungers. There is parking for two cars near the villa.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
