This holiday home for 2 persons has a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a television and a central heating. In addition there is a sauna, a jacuzzi, garden furniture, a terrace, a garden and a spapool. You can park your car on a parking lot.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a Internet connection.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave, a stovetop (gas) and a microwave.

Chalet Park "Buitenplaats Holten" is located in a unique location, very easily accessible, and surrounded by exceptional natural beauty. This is a park in development where a lot of space around the chalets, beautiful water features, and careful park design have been chosen. All bungalows have a view of the pond.

Country estate Holten is located at the foot of the Holterberg, part of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. In that National Park, you can see deer walking in the morning, with a bit of luck you can spot stone martens and badgers and spot no fewer than 75 bird species. You can enjoy walking and cycling in the forests and heathlands of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Nordic Walking routes have also been created. Buitenplaats Holten is beautifully spacious and offers you the peace, space, and silence of nature, to completely relax.

The World Time Path in the Holterberg area offers various walking routes. Each route takes you through a different period of history. There are more than 2,000 annual markers along the route, showing interesting facts from the year in question.

A variety of options for activities and day trips in the area. If you want to go shopping or go on excursions, you can visit the city of Rijssen (3 km) or the village of Holten (2 km) during the opening days.

Enjoy a wellness lodge with a jacuzzi, a traditional Finnish sauna, and a walk-in shower with a sunshower. In your bedroom, you can enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna and jump right under the walk-in shower with a sunshower. You rarely see such a cool bedroom!

The Jacuzzi found on the outside terrace is always nice and warm. You press the button and you enjoy delicious jets and bubbles. Of course, a jacuzzi is nice anyway, but our jacuzzi is fine. They are filled with conditioned pool water, that is, clean water that is filtered in our water cellar. It's always nice and warm that way, too. Clean water. After every change we empty it for a while, clean the inside too, and then fill it again with the pool water. 

Both in summer and in winter it is enjoyable in the WellnessLodge. In the spacious living room, there is a kitchen with every luxury. So you will find a dishwasher, and microwave and you can cook on a 4-burner stove. There is a nice couch to relax on after an active walking or cycling day at the Holterberg or after a relaxing moment in the sauna. 

The WellnessLodge is suitable for 2 adults. There is room to bring a baby. You can book an extra baby bed!

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
