General

The holiday home for 20 persons has eight bathrooms and ten bedrooms and is equipped with 20 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a hot tub, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a trampoline. The badroom is equipped with eight showers, two baths, nine washbasins and seven toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a tumble dryer, two freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, an oven and two dishwashers.

This beautiful group accommodation is located in a small-scale holiday park in Twente, on the German border. The characteristic house has been completely modernised inside and features a perfect layout for a group of up to 20 people. The large living space features a spacious dining table with room for everyone and a comfortable sitting area with an attractive fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The double dishwasher and separate refrigerator/freezer in the storage room are a welcome addition for larger groups.

The group accommodation has a total of 10 bedrooms. Four of them are located on the ground floor and all have a private bathroom. On the first floor, there are six more bedrooms, three of which also have their own bathroom. There is one shared bathroom for the other bedrooms.

Sufficient space outdoors is also important for group accommodation. There is more than enough outdoor space here. Children can play to their heart's content on the enormous plot and there is plenty of room for adults to relax on nice days. The ultimate example of this is the wood-fired hot tub (for a fee - excluding wood). The Finnish Kota is also a fantastic place to spend some time in good company.

On 12 kilometer of Het Landhuis you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 3,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Het Landhuis in Losser you can go to the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
