General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a pond and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a urinal, two toilets, four washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

The holiday home is ideal for a family of 4 with 4 children/teenagers. In the well-equipped kitchen you can prepare your own meals and eat them at the spacious dining table. There is a private terrace where you can end the day with a drink of your choice. In the partially fenced garden, children can play to their heart's content and enjoy the beautiful nature. The house is practically adjacent to a 940-hectare forest and robust, climate-proof nature reserve, vledders and Leijer Hooilanden. In the forest is a beautiful swimming pond with beach. There are countless hiking and cycling routes in the area.

The centre is a short distance away to buy the first necessities. In the local supermarket you can do all the shopping you need. Enjoy the delights of the restaurants nearby or visit one of the many tourist attractions. If you like swimming, there are several swimming pools a short distance away.

Please note that it is a fireworks-free house, so no candles inside, no bbq with coal/brikets/gas and no open fires. In addition, there should be respect for peace and nature, at night after 10pm there should be silence around the farm. Also, the bunk beds are for children/teenagers only until max 90 kg.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
