This holiday home invites you to spend quite and peaceful holidays, yet close to the center of Zoutelande. The house is shielded from the main road. The living room with open kitchen and dining area offers space for the entire group. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The atmospheric fireplace invites you to enjoy after a strenuous day. Through the patio doors you walk into the large screened garden. Here you can enjoy playing with various playground equipment. In the bathroom there are two showers and sinks. There are two separate toilets, one of which is a disabled toilet. There is also a double bedroom. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms with both 6 single beds.

You park the cars on your own property. You are in the pleasant center of Zoutelande within 10 minutes walking distance. Young people and groups are not allowed.

The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday on the beach in Zoutelande is a party! The center of Zoutelande is reachable within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bicycle rental and a fresh bakery. The mundane Domburg is half an hour by bike, just like Middelburg with its many monuments.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
