The first type is called the Westertoren (BF-Y9VD). This is built in a style typical of the area and features a bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Geschakelde Munt type (BF-XRH8) consists of two holiday homes of the Munt type (BF-MNVR). The homes are connected to each other by a soundproof door in the living room. This means you will, in fact, have access to two fully furnished homes (two kitchens, two living rooms, etc.). It is perfect if you are going on vacation with two families, but still want some privacy. The ground floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. On both of the first floors (which are not connected to each other), there are a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
