This holiday bungalow in Sint Maartenszee is a wonderful holiday home for your holiday by the sea. The house is quietly located in the green Duinland park. Through the front door you enter the hall that leads you to the bright living room with open kitchen. The large sliding doors that connect the living and dining room directly with the terrace allow a lot of light to enter. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped.

There are 3 bedrooms in Duinland 179. The largest bedroom has a double bed. This room is also wonderfully light due to the large windows. Through this bedroom you enter a second, smaller bedroom with a single bed through a connecting door. The third bedroom has a trundle bed for 2 people.

The neat modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with toilet and sink. The terrace is wonderfully sheltered and here you can quickly enjoy the first rays of sunshine. The adjacent green garden has a lot of privacy and is a nice playing field.

Would you like to spend your holiday with your dog? That's possible, your dog (max 1) is welcome here and can run freely in the enclosed garden. This is truly a wonderful bungalow for a family holiday on the beautiful beach of Sint Maartenszee!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
