Bungalow Uitwaayer is a beautiful, modern holiday home a short distance from the beach and with a view of the bulb fields. It is a 5-person bungalow with spacious garden and many conveniences. It has a modern look and attractive interior. The nice, bright living room with cozy sitting area offers access to the spacious garden with nice terrace. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen is very complete and has a large dining table.

The holiday bungalow has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a separate toilet. The spacious, green garden has several terraces, a nice garden set and several sunbeds. In the garden you enjoy a lot of privacy. In addition, the garden is fully fenced. Perfect for a holiday with small children or dogs (max 2).

Parking is available on site. You also have access to a charging station for your car at the house. In the indoor storage room, there is a washing machine at your disposal and there is enough space to store your bicycles. The electricity you use is partly generated by solar panels. A water softener ensures that you drink decalcified water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
