The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, three single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a TV, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, two washbasins and a toilet.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a tumble dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee maker.

This spacious and comfortable holiday home is thoughtfully furnished, offering all the conveniences for a relaxing stay. It features a private driveway with ample parking and a large, enclosed garden surrounding the house, perfect for soaking up the sun. The partly covered terrace adds a cozy spot for outdoor lounging. The top floor is air-conditioned, and a detached storage room is available for garden chairs and bicycles. The modern bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, toilet, and washbasin, ensuring comfort for every guest.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
