The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather, a radio and a DVD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, two showers and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven and a microwave.

On the first floor, you'll find two inviting bedrooms—one featuring a comfortable double bed with two mattresses and duvets, and the other with two single beds, perfect for families or friends traveling together.

The bungalow includes a modern bathroom with a shower and washbasin, along with a separate toilet for added convenience. Step outside to the spacious garden, where garden chairs offer the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or basking in the sun; please note the garden is not fully fenced. Additional amenities include a DVD player, central heating, and televisions in both the living and dining area as well as the bedroom. A cot and high chair are available for the little ones, and parking is conveniently located across the street. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
