General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather, a radio and a DVD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, two showers and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, an oven and a microwave.

This charming accommodation offers a unique view of the lush countryside, located close to the sea and dunes. Its tranquil setting makes it an ideal getaway for those seeking relaxation. The living room is tastefully furnished with a cozy seating area, digital TV, and a HiFi system with a radio. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, induction hob, and a Senseo coffee maker.

The upper floor features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed with two mattresses and two duvets, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet provides added convenience. Families will appreciate the availability of a baby cot and high chair.

The spacious garden with outdoor furniture is perfect for unwinding, although it is not fully fenced. Parking is conveniently located across the street. Nestled near the North Holland coast, this retreat is surrounded by beaches, dunes, blooming flower fields, picturesque villages, and the charming town of Schagen. Please note: Bed linens are not included by default. Guests are welcome to bring their own or rent them when booking.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
