The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a convection microwave.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, induction hob, and oven, ensuring that meal preparation is a breeze. A high chair is also available for your little ones.

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms designed for restful nights. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space, while the second bedroom is perfect for kids, with three single beds and a cot. All beds come with single mattresses and duvets; please remember to bring your own bed linen for the cot. The stylish bathroom boasts a large walk-in rain shower, along with a toilet and washbasin, with an additional toilet conveniently located upstairs. Step outside to the sunny garden through the living room door, where a beautifully landscaped terrace awaits, complete with a barbecue perfect for outdoor dining. Enjoy breathtaking views in spring as the fields fill with vibrant flower bulbs. One pet is welcome, and free WiFi is provided for your convenience. Parking is available in the central car park of Park Gudea. Please note that linen is not included in your booking but can be rented when you reserve your stay. On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
