The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a shower and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a convection microwave.

The upstairs boasts two cozy bedrooms—one with a double bed and wardrobe, and another with three single beds and a cot (linen for the cot must be brought along). A modern bathroom with a rain shower and a second toilet on the upper floor complete the amenities.

The property is perfectly situated for outdoor adventures. Within 15 minutes by bike, you'll reach the stunning beach of Sint Maartenszee, ideal for sunbathing or coastal walks. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
