General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double box bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a terrace, a tennis court, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, two washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a fridge and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot, a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and two dishwashers.

Just a few minutes by bike from the beautiful sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee lies this comfortable and modern bungalow. Bungalow 73 in Park De Wielen in Sint Maarten is equipped with modern conveniences. The newly built bungalow is suitable for up to six people. In the extension on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an extra bathroom. This is ideal for people with walking difficulties (not wheelchair accessible) as well as for multi-generational holidays. Living and dining area: The cosy and comfortable couch in the living room offers space for up to six people. The dining room has a large table with six chairs as well as a high chair. The ground floor has underfloor heating. The floor-to-ceiling windows open onto two spacious terraces facing both south and north. There is also a covered lounge outside. Open kitchen: The modern and well-equipped kitchen has all the kitchen appliances you will need for your holiday. There is a dishwasher, an oven, a Senseo coffee machine (and Stelton jug with hand filter), a kettle, a fridge with freezer compartment, an induction stove, cutlery, and tableware. The washing machine and dryer are located in a separate room. Bedrooms: On the ground floor is the master bedroom, including a box spring bed (1.80 m wide) as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. This makes the bungalow ideal for people with slight mobility issues or a larger family. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds. A cot is also available. Bathroom: On the 1st floor, there is another spacious bathroom with a a sink and a shower. There are separate toilets on both the ground floor and the first floor. Parking: A car can be parked directly at the property. Garden: The garden is fully fenced and offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy on two terraces and a covered lounge. Pets: Pets (maximum one medium-sized dog) are allowed. Please contact us in advance when booking. Extra washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, and digital TV are available. Iron and ironing board. The accommodation is non-smoking Swimming pool: The outdoor pool in the park offers plenty of space to relax. The water is heated, and the pool is open from 1 May to mid-September. You will have a great time at Recreatiepark De Wielen. The park currently consists of 135 accommodations (chalets and bungalows). The park has a bread roll service. Order before 10 pm and pick up the next day from 8 am at “Parkjhuys”. The park is a great starting point for a wonderful holiday on the Dutch North Sea coast. Please note: Bed linen is not included as standard in your booking. You can either bring these with you or rent them from us. You can add bed linen when booking.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
